1. Saved (Jesus is your Lord)
2. Desire to pray without ceasing
3. Desire to see other save, blessed, delivered
4. Want to be strong in prayer
5. Want to support other prayer warriors and be supported
by them in prayer
6. Must check prayer requests at least twice a week & pray for requests
as the "Lord leads you".
7. Pray in Jesus' name
8. Do one prayer routine weekly
9. Pray for PrayerGym members
10. Want to spread the Gospel
11. Want the Lord's will to be done
12. Send us emails to let us know how the Lord is moving in your life since you joined PrayerGym.
13. Desire to know the Lord or know Him better
14. Desire to be used mightily of the Lord

* If you do not know the Lord, ask him right now to forgive you of your sins and invite him into your heart and read the Bible daily. Pray and expect great things.
